In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for the relevant promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kpi4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your kpi4d account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In cases of suspension or termination for cause under this clause, kpi4d reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or AML concerns exist, to retain real-money balances pending investigation and regulatory reporting obligations.
